The Steel Valley Shocker is a somewhat mysterious figure. He hails from Parts Unknown. One thing that is not a secret is his desire to compete. Sometimes it almost drives him over the edge. He lives and dies in the ring and in the gym. When he has idle time it is not a good thing, sometimes bad things happen to good people. It is not clear whether he is a face or heel, only time will tell. If you are on his good side you don't have much to worry about, but cross him and it may be your last move.
