To say that Chaotic Bliss is an enigma would be an understatement. Little is known about him and even less is known about the alternate dimension he refers to as The Void. What is known is as follows:
Chaotic Bliss by all accounts is a ninja assassin whose true motives are a mystery. He has been known to offer up his services or as he puts it “Make me an offer. And if it sparks my interest I’ll remove your problems from view. Permanently.”.
It is obvious that he has mastered a multitude of martial arts as well as mastering the art of stealth and obfuscation. But it goes farther than that. At times he seemingly exhibits mystical abilities that will blow your mind.
