The Mad Redneck/The Patriot (previous rank 4) - NWWA Tag Team Champions (The Mad Redneck defeated Mr. Minder at Proving Ground 9-30/The Patriot lost to Sabre Storm at Proving Ground 9-30) - The Mad Redneck defeated Mr. Minder in very tough last blood match while The Patriot lost to Sabre Storm in a last man standing match.

4. Elodor Bloodmane (previous rank 6)(Defeated Aquilus at Proving Ground 9-30) - Elodor made Aquilus bleed first giving him the win in their first blood match.
